Rogue One: A Star Wars Story Spoiler Free Review

Image
Was it a good idea to make another prequel? We'll have to see and find out. Welcome to Dallin: Film Fanatic today as I give you my non-spoiler review of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. I think a majority of you aren't new and know how this whole process works already, but if you are new here, allow me to show you how my reviews work. In this non-spoiler review, I'll briefly go and talk about the actors and their characters and a bit more of other things that I wanted to share. It'll lightly go over a bit of everything. Those who have read my reviews before are probably wondering where the spoiler portion is. The answer to that is that the spoiler portion will be a separate post from each other. I thought it made sense to separate the two for reasons you probably know already. If you don't already know the reasons, I'll explain myself in the spoiler review.  As always, here's the trailer below so that you can know what this film is about if you don't know

Rogue One A Star Wars Story Spoiler Review

Welcome to my spoiler review for Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. You're either here after reading my non-spoiler review or you wanted to get into the deep spoilers that are in this film. I want to stress that this is the spoiler review. This is for people that have seen the film. To those that have not seen the film, I highly recommend that you heed my warning. If you've already read my non-spoiler review, you know already know that I need to explain a few things to you. The reason as to why I split this up is to lower the risk of not spoiling the movie for the people that haven't seen the film. I felt that putting the two together was a mistake. People could've not seen the spoiler warning or he or she looked later on in the review and they might have read a major spoiler and then I had ruined the film for them because I put the two together. As I said, splitting them up lessens the risk of that happening. Now that I've explained myself, I'll share with those t

Amy Adams, Jeremy Renner, Forest Whitaker, and ALIENS? What a peculiar combination. Let's see how this turns out. Welcome to Dallin: Film Fanatic today as I give you my non-spoiler and spoiler review for Arrival. I think a majority of you aren't new and know how this whole process works, but if you are new here, allow me to show you how this works. In my non-spoiler portion, I'll briefly go and talk about the actors and their characters, the aliens, and a bit more of other things that I wanted to share. It'll lightly go over a bit of everything. Then we'll go into the deep stuff. All the spoiler things that I didn't mention in my non-spoiler portion will be REVEALED. There's a lot to talk about with this film. A quick recommendation to those who haven't seen this film. I would like to ask you to separate yourselves from any spoilers that may come to you. There are a lot of twists and turns that come in this film that I highly recommend that you do not

Spider-Man: Homecoming Teaser Trailer REACTION

Image
Marvel, it's not Christmas yet. No, but it is Star Wars season. You know what that means? We get a lot of great trailers for upcoming blockbuster films. We've gotten Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2., Transformers 5, although I didn't like that one, The Mummy, and now Spider-Man: Homecoming. To be honest, I didn't really like the title when it was announced, but the more I thought about it, the more the homecoming name makes sense. This is Spider-Man's first film after having joined the MCU. I loved Tom Holland as the role. What a cast we have here though. Zendaya, Donald Glover, Laura Harrier, and Tony Revolori. We also have Marisa Tomei as Aunt May, Robert Downey Jr as Tony Stark/Iron Man, and Michael Keaton as Adrian Tommes/Vulture! Yes while the DC Cinematic Universe gets J.K Simmons and Willem Dafoe, who played J. Jonah Jameson and Green Goblin in Sam Raimi's original Spider-Man trilogy, the MCU gets BATMAN! I don't know what I want to see in this trailer

Despicable Me 3 Official Trailer REACTION

I'm loving this trailer overload. Except this one ain't for Rouge One, it's for Illumination's newest film, Sing. So, naturally, they release a trailer for their next film, which is Despicable Me 3. I loved the second film. I thought it improved on what made the original so great. I had mixed feelings with the Minions spin-off they did a year ago, mainly because of the level of crudeness that was in this film. On that note, because of the stand alone film that was gifted to them last year, can the Minions go back to being second banana to Gru and his newfound family? We'll have to see if that's possible. With this trailer, I'd like to see a tiny bit of the new antagonist that will be challenging Gru and company. I liked to see some Minions as well. I just want to see a little bit of everything. I don't expect to see a lot, because this is after all the films first trailer and they usually don't show a lot so I'll settle for just a bit of everyt

Moana Spoiler Free and Spoiler Review

Image
With the strong success that was Zootopia earlier this year, can Disney top themselves with their next princess film? Welcome to Dallin: Film Fanatic today, thanks for coming to both my spoiler free and spoiler review of Moana. If you're new here, let me explain how this works. I'll have a spoiler free portion of the review that talks about the cast and their characters, about the songs since this is a musical, whether you should see the film, and whether you should see this in 3D or not. Then when we get to the spoiler portion, we'll go in depth on everything. I won't be pulling any spoiler punches on that. We'll talk EVERYTHING! I'll give you more information on the characters, the surprises in the film, and the animation and music. I'll try to cover everything I need to cover before I end this review. So with that, let's get going on this review, but before that, here's the trailer below to give you a better idea on what the film's about.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 Teaser Trailer REACTION

Image
It has come. The very first full trailer for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. I don't know how this counts as a teaser trailer, because we had the "sneak peek" that came in late October and that was kind of a teaser trailer of a sort. Anyway, this debuted an hour or two before a college football game that was going on Saturday night on ABC or ESPN, when it was supposed to debut during the game and that was great, because I wasn't going to tune in anyway. Here's what I'm hoping to see in this. I'd like to see a bit of what the story is and also more Baby Groot. Maybe a bit of Yondu or Nebula's role in this film. That would be exciting to see. I don't think we'll see Kurt Russell's role though. I think they'll be saving that for the film itself. I also think that this will likely play in front of Rouge One this December. It's apparently rumored that we'll also be getting our first look at Spider-Man's upcoming solo film too s
